Medicare Unlocked

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Medicare Unlocked collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to anyone who visits this site or submits information through one of our forms.

What information we collect

When you use the forms on this website, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. If you request a printed copy of the book, we also collect the mailing address you provide so we can send it to you. Some forms ask, optionally, where you are in your Medicare journey (for example, turning 65 soon or already enrolled) so we can tailor the information we share with you.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to deliver what you requested — such as sending you the free book, digitally or by mail — and, if you've given us permission, to contact you about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement Insurance, and Medicare prescription drug plan options. We may also use it for related follow-up, like answering questions you've asked or confirming your order.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your information is never sold. Full stop. We use it only to provide the services you requested and to communicate with you as described in this policy.

Who has access

Your information is accessible to Blake Hardy, a licensed insurance producer doing business as Medicare Unlocked, and to the service providers we use to operate the business and deliver communications — for example, our customer relationship management (CRM) system and the email and text delivery systems we use to send you the book or follow up with you. These providers only handle your information to help us provide the services you requested; they do not have permission to use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You are always in control of how we communicate with you. You can:

  • Revoke your permission to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text message, telling us not to contact you, or emailing or calling us.
  • Request access to, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting blake@medicareadvocates.com.

Data retention, cookies, and analytics

We keep your information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the services you requested and to comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations. This site may use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors use it, which can involve cookies or similar technology. We do not use analytics data to identify you individually.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or applicable laws change. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
